In April 2025, Al Zorah Development Company announced a partnership with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to operate its beachfront resort in Al Zorah. Al Zorah Development Company is a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, the group behind the wider Al Zorah masterplan of homes, golf and a marina.
