The terrace is the seat to ask for: pavement-level tables face the sea wall and the kitchen sends out grills, mezze and shisha in steady rotation. The menu is broader than the Ottoman branding implies, with an honest mixed grill, decent kunafa and a good baklava. Crowds peak after 9pm on weekends. Families before that, friends and shisha after.
