The Ajman Hotel’s North Indian restaurant and one of the emirate’s best-loved Indian rooms. The menu leans Punjabi: tandoor breads, kebabs, slow-cooked dal makhani that has earned its own following. Plating is rustic, the wooden interior is intentionally old-school, and the staff remember regulars. Quiet enough for a couple, large enough for a family table. Vegetarians are well looked after; the paneer is fresh and the dal is the dish to start with.
